Roj
Co- founder / Food and Orga
Having worked in fashion industry for most of his life and lived in big cities like New York City, Hong Kong and Bangkok, Roj has decided to leave the fashion industry and explore fitness and yoga world. He started with weight training, calisthenics, martial arts, fitness & health nutrition and wellness which then led him to AcroYoga. In June 2014, Roj’s passion with acro has resulted in certifications in AcroYoga.org, followed by Partner- Acrobatics, Acrorevolution, Acroyoga Montreal. All as the first certified Thai teacher, based in Bangkok. Also with this new passion with acro, Roj continues to learn and loves to update himself with new skills of movements and physical activities with creative mind, knowing how important it is to stay strong, flexible, conditioned and functional. He loves to keep his practices and teaching creative & fun and sharing with others around the world.
Monika
Co- founder/ Orga and Teacher
Monikas roots are in south germany, she loves to work and travel the world with her son Ruben to shares her circus, partner acrobatic and hula hoop skills. She is a teacher, performer, and movement enthusiast. In class she focuses on skill progression, sustainability of practice, and inspires her students to push boundaries in a safe and fun environment. Community, partnership, communication, connection, safety and joy are her main pillars of practise . Monika also co organizes the SwissAcrFest
Erica from Bazil
Teacher – Festival and Day Long
Érica Montes (SYT) first worked with the body through performance art and theatre. She encountered Yoga and meditation as a teenager and, after some years working as an actor, found a common ground between her intensely disciplined theatre work and Eastern practices that promote mindfulness through physical motion. Erica completed her 200 hour Yoga teaching certification with Elena Voyce and her 500 hour certification with the renowned Edward Clark’s Tripsichore Yoga. She did her first AcroYoga Teacher Training in 2008 with co-founders Jason Nemer & Jenny Sauer-Klein, becoming one of the first teachers in Europe; her level 2 training was in 2012. She’s been part of the AcroYoga International Immersions programme for over a decade and is also a mentor for other teachers. Originally from Brazil, Erica lives in London and teaches internationally.

Paulo from Portugal
Teacher – Festival and Day Long
Paulo is 36 years old, very active from a young age. He grew up in Lamego, Portugal where he practiced many sports from an early age, including handball, where he and his team won many trophies in the national championship. Afterwards, he joined the army for 7 years, he got to be responsible for the physical training of the soldiers. Once finished his service, he moved to Brussels and he got introduced to Acroyoga, partner acrobatics and several other circus disciplines. Since then he has been consistently training, participating and teaching in all international festivals he can. Completed his teacher training in Bali 2020 and now teaches teacher training for Safe Acrobatics and Be Light yoga Leipzig. Paulo is seduced by the fun, the complicity and infinite possibilities in acroyoga and acrobatics.
Asti from the Netherlands
Teacher – Festival and Day Long
Asti: Acro-Enthusiast and Movement Polymath. Asti is a 30-year-old movement enthusiast who has occupied herself with all kinds of movement for as long as she can remember. Originally from the Netherlands, she was seduced by the Swiss mountains and has spent the past few years there, primarily pursuing her passion for highlining. A dedicated practitioner of acroyoga and partner acrobatics, Asti recently completed her SAFE Acrobatics Teacher Training in Slovenia 🤸♀️. She is now focused on teaching and sharing the joy of these disciplines, blending her foundational strength with other movement practices like dance and climbing. When she’s not teaching or training, she works as a nurse in a hospital. Her commitment to a multidisciplinary approach is evident, as she is also currently enrolled in a Shaolin Martial Arts School in China. This diverse background, which includes acro, martial arts, dance, and climbing, gives her a unique style and a profound understanding of how the human body moves.
Astri from Bali

Hi, I am Astri from Bali, Indonesia My deep passion and curiosity in body and movements have led me to explore many different practices over the years. I trained and certified in Yoga and have been teaching/ sharing Yoga or Acro for almost a decade. However, Acroyoga and Partner Acrobatics truly completed my love of movement journey in such joyful way. My curiosity continues to inspire me explore many different skill sets within Acro, especially my love of h2h, L-Basing flow also some Icarians. I also love focusing on fundamental techniques that can helps other take off in their journeys, as well as sharing the benefit of therapeutic of movement which has been neglected in the practice of Acro through the Art of Thai Yoga Massage. So looking forward to meeting you all at BAC in 2026 ( Fun fact BAC was my first Acro Festival experience ever in 2019)

Hi, I’m Olli — a traveling acro nomad passionate about training and teaching a wide range of skills. More of a generalist than a specialist, I love exploring movement in all its forms. I began my journey with AcroYoga in early 2019 and still enjoy creating beautiful, challenging L‑base flows. In recent years, my focus has shifted more toward icarians and standing acrobatics, but my love for diverse movement remains at the heart of everything I do.

Xander is an American acroyoga, aerial yoga, and 500-hour certified yoga instructor based in Tokyo. Since completing his training with Partner Acrobatics, he has been wandering the world, teaching and playing as he goes. He started acro in 2019 without any movement background, and is passionate about making acro safe, fun, and accessible for all, regardless of apparent size, strength, or flexibility. As a co-organizer of Acroyoyogis, a long-standing weekly jam in Tokyo, he is dedicated to fostering community both at home and in the wider international world of acroyoga. Master Teacher Huong has been passionately teaching yoga for over a decade, holding a prestigious 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification. She is the owner of Purna Yoga and with extensive experience leading Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs, she is dedicated to guiding students on their journey to becoming skilled and confident yoga teachers. Hương began her Acro Yoga journey two years ago, and since then has been enthusiastically traveling the world learning, playing and teaching Acro Yoga. In Vietnam, She organized and teaches a 50 hour Acro and handstand certification.
